    Auburn Family

As said by Auburn University President Chris Roberts, the Auburn Family, the spirit that we have on this campus, is what distinguishes Auburn from other universities. People who aren't familiar with Auburn just can't comprehend the concept of the Auburn Family. You have to live it and experience it.

At Harrison College of Pharmacy you will have constant support from fellow students, faculty, staff, and our HCOP alumni that will make for the best college experience that you will be able to remember and be a part of for the rest of your life.

While it is hard to describe, it is something you definitely become a part of and are connected to throughout your time at Auburn and beyond. Whether it is a "War Eagle" at the airport or celebrating an Auburn win together, you will belong to a community that loves its university home and supports one another.

When you come to Auburn, you are coming home. Welcome to the Family and War Eagle!

Being a student Auburn University is something that I've always been passionate about. I went to Auburn University for my undergraduate studies. So it's always really true when you hear something called the Auburn Family. When you step out of this building, or while you're in this building, you're always greeted with a smile by everybody that's a part of the Auburn Family.

The thing I love about Auburn is its community, and its people, and the faculty members. They're very friendly. They're very cooperative. And my mentor here in Auburn University has been very supportive of me. She has always been there for me, whatever concerns I had, she always addressed that, and I love the people here in Auburn.

Auburn villages is a group that you are a part of, and each village has like a name. And each village has a mentor. And each village has P-3's, P-2's and P-1's. And so it's really great because you get to form relationships with mentors, faculty members and other students who aren't in your pharmacy class. Hargraves Day is just a fun filled day-- that basically we just get together in our villages, and we are able to participate and have a friendly competition between each other. And we were just able to participate in fun games-- and it's just a fun day.

Auburn to me has just been a game changer. Being a non-traditional student, I was nervous about being accepted by my peers and and how school would be. But the relationships that I've been able to develop even with faculty, and then my peers, there's programs has been spectacular for me. So if you're a non-traditional student looking to get back into the school, Auburn has been a great place.
